Stephanie opens up a can
By Denise Ross
Here is video, sent out by Rep. Stephanie Herseth Sandlin’s office, of her questioning oil executives in a congressional hearing Tuesday. I think the videos speak for themselves regarding how unimpressed she was with these guys.
Below is her opening statement.
Below, she questions them about their analysis of how biofuels and transportation costs affect the price of food.
Gulp.

More like a six pack. Go get ‘em Steph!
I’m suprised these guys can sleep at night. Their arguments are weak - bordering on absurd.
Well done Rep. H-S.
Well done on what?
Telling oil CEOs that the LDP on corn is not likely to be envoked this year? What the hell does that have to do with the price of tea in china? What data does “me too” Herseth have?
What was her point and what other consenses does she come with?
I’ll bet the oil guys will remeber that threatening karate chop of hers more than her testimony.
Master what you speak of cuddles.

S/he says anonymously. Why the dark curtain, anon?
I didnt see anything in your post that an honest person
wouldn’t sign their name to.
Same old, same old creepy back room crapola.
Interesting story - I liked the piece you did on it in on the Op. Ed. page of the Mitchell Daily Republic. Joe.
Thanks, Joe! -Denise
